Super Arrow is a self-proclaimed superhero who defends peace on Earth. He is married to fellow F-Zero racer Mrs. Arrow, whom he is fanatically devoted to. Despite his devotion to peace, Super Arrow is a bungler and largely-ineffective hero, who in his rare moments of success is typically thanks to dumb luck alone.
Super Arrow's anime counterpart appears in several episodes, where is depicted mostly as comic relief. He plays a major role in one episode when his wife Mrs. Arrow goes missing and enlists the help of Rick Wheeler to find her.

- Unlike his original counterpart, the anime version of Super Arrow lacks any superpowers beyond comedic endurance. He also has no connection to Zoda, as the anime incarnation of the supervillain is the primary antagonist of Rick Wheeler instead.
